"When I first heard about this class, I thought "this isn’t for me". Having tried it, however, I found out that this class is *exactly* for me. Before taking the class, I thought I would still need my 16 year old body and that I could only benefit if I did all of the yoga positions perfectly. I hesitated to take a yoga class because I'm not as flexible as I used to be. I'm glad that I overcame that hesitation. In Easy Does It yoga, I found I can get all of the fulfilling, calming, stretching, centering and meditation benefits of yoga just as I am. MJ is so very patient and such a good instructor that even though there are others in the class with you, you'll feel like you're getting a private lesson. " Betty Burton
Begin your afternoon with a gentle stretch!
This class will invite students to bring awareness to their breath, while moving gently into stretches, yoga poses and focusing inward on the spiritual elements of the practice.
Beginners and all levels of yoga students are welcome to attend this gentle Kripalu style yoga class.
