An introductory course for anyone new to yoga or interested in beginning again.
Have you had an experience of yoga while on vacation or at the gym?
Do you want to learn more about the body, mind and spirit connection,
through movement, breathing and meditation?
An overview
of the different styles of yoga will be discussed. Learn how gentle
stretching, breathing and relaxation can bring a greater sense of
well-being into your life.
