Fall Weekend Yoga Retreat on Martha's VineyardCultivating Stillness & Simplicity October 17 - 19The retreat begins on Friday evening at 7 p.m. with introductions and a guided relaxation to prepare you for restful sleep. Saturday, we begin at 9 a.m. and explore together a variety of approaches to opening, energizing, and balancing our bodies, minds, and spirits. The session ends at 12 p.m., giving you ample time for lunch and afternoon activities before we resume at 4 p.m. and continue until 6 p.m. In the afternoon, you have the option of attending a guided walking meditation experience at one of the island's many hiking trails. The evening is yours to explore more of the island or rest. Sunday morning, we meet at 9 a.m. for more yoga and relaxation. The retreat ends at noon.

Additional Suggestions:If possible, plan to take the day on Friday or afternoon on Sunday to schedule a massage or discover the beauty of one of the many walking trails, along with sitting by the healing waters or strolling one of the many beaches around the island. The retreat sessions will complement your experience by encouraging you to relax and renew yourself while on the Vineyard and when you return home.
